Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

For made-to-order furniture pieces, production timelines may vary depending on the product. Estimated production times are usually between 2–5 weeks and will be communicated where applicable.

2. Delivery Time

Once an order is ready for dispatch, delivery timelines generally range between 3–10 business days within South Africa, depending on your location and courier availability.

International or cross-border deliveries within Southern Africa may take longer depending on customs procedures and logistics.

• South Africa  
• Botswana  
• Namibia  
• Zimbabwe  
• Eswatini  
• Lesotho

Delivery availability may vary depending on the size of the item and destination.
